1.2 According to the total length of the hose assembly to be withheld and the specifications and models of the joints at both ends, calculate the length of the rubber hose to be cut; 1.3 According to the calculated length of the hose, draw a line of sawing position on the hose with a pen ;
1.4 Use a hose cutting machine to cut the rubber hose according to the marking position. After the hose is unloaded, check whether the length of the hose is in accordance with the requirements.
Whether the cut of the hose is flat, the end face of the cut is perpendicular to the center line of the hose,
1. 5 After each hose is cut, it needs to be blown with air not less than 0.6MPa for at least 3 seconds to ensure cleanliness.
For hoses that need to be stripped of the outer rubber layer, the length of the outer rubber layer at both ends of the hose should be calculated according to the size of the joint and the outer sleeve and the position of the stripping length should be drawn with a pen; gradually adjust the cutter head of the stripping machine and use HYJ-A type to strip The machine peels the glue to the marking position. After the glue is peeled off, the steel wire must not be damaged, there is no phenomenon of the steel wire being scattered, and the inner wall of the hose is not damaged.
3.1 Measure or calculate the insertion depth of the hose in the inner sleeve, and draw the insertion depth line at both ends of the hose with a pen;
3.2 Insert the rubber hose into the joint jacket and check whether the insertion depth mark coincides with the inner edge of the jacket, then insert the joint core into the inner hole of the hose,
Make the outer shoulder of the outer sleeve coincide with the groove of the joint core ring to ensure that the shoulder of the outer sleeve is pressed into the groove of the core ring of the joint when buckling ;
3.3 When the bent joint is assembled in the assembly, the direction of the joint should be consistent with the natural bending direction of the hose;
3.4 The rubber hammer should be used to insert the joint core, and the use of iron hammer or copper hammer is prohibited;
3.5 Check whether the length of the pre-assembled hose assembly meets the requirements, and whether the direction of the elbow meets the requirements
According to the specifications of the hose to be withdrawn, select the appropriate mold on the withholding machine. For the selection of molds and the parameters of withholding, refer to the following table
4.2 Referring to the parameters in the table above, firstly adjust the diameter of the crimping mold when the empty stroke is closed, and then conduct trial crimping
(At the time of crimping, pay attention to check that the insertion depth mark of the hose overlaps with the inner edge of the hose jacket to ensure that the shoulder of the hose jacket coincides with the groove of the joint core ring). Check the deformation of the inner hole of the joint core and adjust the withhold stroke to meet the requirements;
