Before the overhaul of the hose crimping  machine, technical appraisal shall be carried out. The technical person in charge of the use unit shall preside over it, and the management, maintenance and driver shall participate in the test of the pressure, flow, temperature and torque before the disassembly. The contact surface between the mold and the mold base should be kept clean. The bottom of the mold and the contact surface of the mold base are often wiped with clean cotton yarn. After cleaning, the mold is oiled and maintained in time to avoid the dust and other impurities from entering the mold and the mold base. 
If the hose crimping machine is found to be loose, tighten the transmission condition of the sprocket regularly. If it is found to be loose, re-tension the tensioner; the sliding surface of the steel plate in contact with the lining plate and the dovetail groove on the lining should be kept. Clean and regularly apply a thin layer of grease; because the jaws of the testing machine are often used, it is easy to wear. When there are too many scales, it is easy to cause small pistons to leak oil. Therefore, the jaws should be cleaned frequently and kept clean every time. Cleaning after the test

The hydraulic oil will also oxidize during use. The acidic substances generated by the oxidation of the hydraulic oil will increase the corrosiveness to the metal. The sludge deposits will block the filter and the small gaps, making the equipment work abnormally. Therefore, it is required to have good performance. Antioxidant. Reduce the processing and processing links to achieve cost reduction, resulting in problems in customer use. For example, the pressure-bearing parts on the crimping machine should be strictly tempered to refine the crystal lattice and then quenched. Some low-cost crimping press pressure parts are often directly quenched, eliminating the quenching and tempering process, and the workpiece is brittle, causing hidden dangers to the equipment.
