Description
P32T hydraulic hose crimper machine is an advanced numerical control model, the numerical control design makes the P32T crimper machine works more efficiently and multifunctional. The automatic mode helps to improve the production efficiency for hose assembly greatly. Some crimper machines have a handle that the user can move to tighten or loosen the crimp. These types of crimping machines are usually bench mounted. Very convenient and easy to operate.
Crimping machine control
The standard parameter for all crimping operations is the final assembly diameter. When the preset crimping diameter is reached, the crimping machine stops (simple manual crimping machines have indicators indicating that the desired diameter has been reached — then the crimping operation must stop). Electric crimping machine can be equipped with an optional pressure control system (when the preset system pressure is reached, the crimping machine stops).
