There are two methods for importing the crimping machine. The seller help to make the import clearance and clears it yourself. Of course, the price of these two methods is different. The process of these two methods are as below.

Method 1: The seller help to make the import clearance.

  1. We tell the seller our address, the seller quotes the Door to door price. We agree the price and sign the contract.
  2. Go to the bank to pay for the goods in US dollars, and send the seller payment proof.
  3. About 3-4 days, the seller receives the payment and arranges the production. It takes about half a month to produce the machine.
  4. The machine is well done. Then, we can ask the seller for the photo of the machine and the video of the test.
  5. The seller makes the booking and arranges the delivery. The seller will tell us about when to deliver, we can just wait for the machine to arrive.
  6. After receiving the machine, take photos of the outer packaging and the machine. To avoid the any damaged in transportation we don’t know.
  7. Turn on the machine, add hydraulic oil, and test.

Method 2: We make the clearance ourselves. Usually, in this way, the cost is cheaper.

  1. We can ask the seller to quote the price of FOB. This FOB means that the seller is only responsible for delivering the goods to the loading port, and the buyer is responsible for booking space. Then, We agree on the price and sign the contract.
  2. We go to the bank to pay for the goods in US dollars, then send the seller payment proof.
  3. About 3-4 days, the seller receives the payment and arranges the production. It takes about half a month to produce the machine.
  4. Production is complete. Now, we can ask the seller for the photo of the machine and the video of the test.
  5. We book the space and arrange the delivery: When the machine is ready, find an agent which can help us operate the import process. Then ask the contact information of the agent’s China office, and inform the seller.
  6. The seller arranges the delivery, and sends us the customs clearance documents after delivery.
  7. When the machine arrives at the port, go through import customs clearance and pick up the goods.
  8. After receiving the machine, take photos of the outer packaging and the machine. To avoid the any damaged in transportation we don’t know.
  9. Turn on the crimping machine, add hydraulic oil, and test.
